"Clunking" on full lock

Just recently when parking I've noticed a clunking/thumping when moving on full lock. You can't really hear it, more of a feel through the steering wheel. My thoughts are a knackered track rod end or bush would cause it but I'm guessing. Anyone happen to know the most likely cause(s)?

Have a search for "clunking", few options there - including your tyres gripping then letting go at a certain lock.
