Lambda Sensor Error

Hi all.... just about to take my pre cats out and just wanted to check two things:-

1. Has anyone had a Lamba sensor error after removing the pre-cats?
2. Is it best to reset the ECU or let it re-teach itself over a period without reset?

1. Yes, but just be gentle with them and they'll be fine.
2. Yes reset the ECU and letit re-learn, you've changed the dynamics of exhaust flow so there will be a slight difference. Always a good thing to do anyway.

The hardest things you're going to have to deal with are the "Three Amigos" connecting the manifold to the main cat.
