Headlight beam position

Could somebody tell me if it is possible to alter the beam position of my headlights (lower it a touch) as I'm fed up being flashed as though I've got them on main beam?
I noticed last night in the fog that they are quite high.
If someone can tell me how to do it I'll be grateful.  s:D :D s:D
