Cost and gains of turbo conversion?

Out of interest what are the typical costs and hp gains of turbo charging the '2? my car is totally standard the now so would also be interested on thoughts about where to go to preferably in Scotland if it's been done up here. Many thanks in advance.

its all been discussed before all you have to do is search

last few 2nd hand kits went for circa £2K power wise your looking at around a 270bhp ceiling on stock internals

Factor cost of mapping 300+
Ecu or piggy back 300+
Bigger injectors 150+
New clutch 150+
New fluids + filters
Can you fit it yourself ? if not garage depending on where you go 350+

just make sure if you don't know what your doing to get it fitted at a decent garage and do a lot of research into a decent mappers. The biggest mistake I made was with the mappers.
