Where is the steering fluid located?

Here you go.

Specifically, you open the bonnet, then remove all the plastic poppers that secure the plastic trim that surrounds the spare wheel well, remove the trim et viola!

EDIT: The poppers are removed by pushing down the middle sections with a small screwdriver, then you can easily lift them out.
