Anyone tell me how to take the antenna motor assembly out

As part of my antenna mast belt broke and left in the gear mechanism, I have to took the whole assembly out. Can any one tell me how to reach there?

Access is through the wheel arch liner, so you need to get the car safely onto axle stands, wheel off. Liner comes away with a couple of plastic locking clips (in the arch) and some 10mm self tappers (at the sill). From there, its applied common sense.

If you struggle to get the 'chrome' top ring moving, try an open-ended spanner engaged into two opposite slots and twist.

And beware - inside the mechanism its very very greasy.  s:D s:D
