blister's on alloys??

has anyone else had problems with there standard alloys?
mines have started to blister and look awful!
im told its a comon prob with toyota as i know a celica driver whos had three sets of alloys under his waranty!
i fancy gettin bigger wheels now
will 18'' wheels fit ok??

It is a common problem - if you use the search facility at the top of the page (top right of the forum) you will find more information about it.

Yep... blistering is a well known problem.

You could get them replaced under warranty, or get them refinished in something tougher.

As for 18".... think it's pushing it a bit.
