white marks on the paint work

Hi ya, has any one had this problem??
Ive seen white marks and a few blisters under the paintwork on my Red 2, ive always taken care of the car(washing etc) but ive just started seeing the marks more and more. Ive not changed the way ive cleaned the car or used any new products on the paint work.
I clean the car with turtle wax, 'clean and wax'  does anyone know how to get rid of the marks??

Its the lacquer lifting mines the same in places like door mirrors and door handles. You cant get rid of the marks without major paintshop work I am affraid

I get others as well Russ but thats usually birdshit for which i remove with babywipes   s:lol: :lol: s:lol:
