Hi
I know this has been discussed before and on spyder chat but just wondered if anyone has done this and would be able to point me in the right direction? I won't be doing this my mechanic guy will be hopefully!

Yep, perfect guide!

I recommend a couple of small adjustments to make them completely plug & play! If you buy some HB3 bulb holders instead of using mini spade terminals.

Like this

And then you can also get a H4 male connector and attach the appropriate wires instead of cutting into any original wiring.
