How to advice - how to change driveshaft gator

Hi,
while changing my disc/pads noticed that one of the gators on the driveshaft is split and needs replacing. There are two gators on there, it's not the one nearest the wheel, it's the other one nearer the middle of the car. Excuse the incorrect tech terms   s:oops: :oops: s:oops:  

Is there a step by step guide anywhere on how to change it and what needs to be undone - thanks.
