Anyone tried 195/45/15 fronts?

bought an '03 facelift a couple of weeks ago, came with almost new stock size (215/45/16) Pirelli P7s on the back and worn out yokos on the front.

P7 is an iconic tyre (if it's good enough for a Lamborghini.........   s:) s:)  ) so have been looking for a matching set of fronts but can only come up with 195/45/15 s.

a search only came up with one reference to this tyre size (but running 40 rather 45 profile at the rear I think):

has anyone any thoughts / experience on running these sizes?
