AN10 or AN12 fitting in valvecover?

Hey everyone!

I am planning on doing some new mods on my engine this winter.
I was thinking about modifying the valve cover (1zz-fe)

I am running the fitting on the left to my oilcatch tank. The hose is 9mm in diameter if I remember it right?
I was thinking of changing this fitting to a AN10 or AN12 to be able to run a bigger hose,

WHY? well I belive that the 9mm hose is to small if the engine spit some oil?
is this a bad Idea or what?
