Quick help before I buy!

I'm really short on time, and I have had a look through previous posts but can't find the answer so your collective wisdom will be a huge help.

Looking at buying car today.  Just been to check stagger.

Front 185 55 R15 (fifteen)
Rear 215 45 R16 (Sixteen)

Is this normal / acceptable?
