Difficulty finding tyres for Facelift MR2

Front 185 55 R15
Rear 215 45 R16

So no problem getting tyres generally, but getting the same on all wheels seems challenging.  
I know people like the Toyos, but I can't find the right sizes in a brand that people have recommended.

What do others do?

you will struggle with the rears, widen your search to 225/40/16 and it gets easier

Wont the rolling radius difference cause issues with the speedo and millage?  Do people just not worry about it?
