Is the MWR plug and play adapter really worth the $$$?

Im tempted buy it because wiring and electrics are not my strong point. I like the plug and play factor and the hassle free fitting as im useless with any wiring but cant help to think its a little over priced? is it?

Anyone on here using it and rate it?
