How do I remove the blade from my key?

Are you talking about the metal bit in its plastic housing?
The metal blade of the key is molded in ... but very flimsy. Both my keys have broken in time. The plastic molded casing holding the rear of the metal key blade breaks out and then the blade starts to wiggle.
I VERY carefully (under a magnifying glass) glued the whole lot back together again with epoxy - problem solved. (Used Pratley's Clear Quickset Epoxy - do you get it in the UK?)
PS - make sure not to get epoxy on the mating surfaces of the two plastic halves of the clam-shell .... otherwise you'll have to break it open to replace the battery.
