[UPDATED]Bank 1 Sensor 2 broke today :(

Need to get fixed this week!

Good timing really, thought something was bound to go wrong after travelling 2000 miles in a week!

Update:

So the sensor got fixed today for £122...

Went to mums for dinner 2 miles down the road...

Then I leave to come home at 7:45... 8 miles later engine management light is back on!!!!!!!!!

Ive called the AA AGAIN. ..

What do I do? s:(

Dont hold out too much hope for the AA because when they asked "where is your location" and I told them baldock services A1(m) they replied with "wheres that?"

We had the same thing with the RAC and the M6 junction by Gretna Green. They categorically stated it wasn't there even after a traffic officer told them!!! s:lol: :lol: s:lol:

If you just need an O2 sensor changing can we not sort it at ding day? I have a socket in the car!!

Take it back to the garage.
As long as the changed the one after the cat with a Denso it should of been fine

Ok thanks. I shall! I can see the one thats been replaced. Its the left one but not sure if thats sensor 1 or 2

The one on the left side of the manifold as you look in the engine bay, is sensor 1 bank 2.

Oops they did the wrong one manifold left is bank 2 sensor 1, manifold right is bank 1 sensor 1 and the magic bank 1 sensor 2 is hiding under the rear left light after the main cat.

Actually I have a spare long lead O2 sensor and I need a short manifold one.
