Bolt for tte style chassis brace

Does anyone have a spare of these, from the front brace location. The thread is knackered on this one.

Also in the back corner one of the bolts sheered off, what's the best process to fix it?

one of these fellas ought to do the trick.  m http://www.screwfix.com/p/screw-extract ... -set/18643 m

make sure you make a little center punch mark to stop the drill slipping and id use a carbide type drill bit, in case the bolt is a harder steel.
