'03 front underbrace onto '00 Roadster?

This was taken off of a 2003 roadster, I'm assuming its one of the facelift upgrades that my 2000 roadster doesn't have. Does anyone know if it would it fit directly onto my car, as I've heard that some facelift parts are not a direct fit onto prefacelift cars.

It is literally just undo 4 bolts to take off old pipes, put new brace in place then put the 4 bolts back in.
