Thanks for the kind words guys. Unfortunately I finished work too late today so I couldn't get anything done and take some more pictures

The car is pushing 10 psi with 03 celica ecu mated up with AEM EMS series 1. Tuned by Romain (pm me if anyone wants he's number). This is a bone stock 2zz so i didn't want to go too mad with power/psi as im already pushing it's limit on the engine and gearbox. I had a fully forged celica but the mr2 is a completely different aanimal. Real handful at times lol.

The car do need a 4 wheel alignment so i should be getting that done in a few weeks time. Has anyone got any recommended setup?

I want to do some testing first before i hit the track. Mainly directing heat away from the engine bay as them exhaust heat is no joke, real hot inside there and its not even summer yet. Im keeping my eyes close on a few track mainly at Donington,  Rockenham and Snetterton. Snet have there new layout and it's awesome  s:) :) s:)  just gotta keep them noise down somehow lol

Done some testing today on the exhaust DB. Came out at 70-73 dB on idle and 80-82 dB on full chat. All done by 2 different type of apps on my phone.... hmmmm ( could it be wrong? )

I started to wrap my downpipe today but only got half way before I ran out of wrap  s:( :( s:(  will get another 5 meter another time and finish it of at a later date. Engine bay is now ALOT more cooler too. My next mission is to get behind the engine and put some heat wrap on the rotrex inlet near the firewall....

Installed facelift rear bumper vent today

330 mm omp steering wheel and boss ( HORN! for anyone who want to do this youll have to drill a hole on the boss and connect your ground wire onto it and connect the positive to the horn to make it work )

And the cobra bucket seats/side mount with Rogue brackets

I'd sort out a real harness bar, that storage bin frame is very thin seemed tube that will just fold in a crash.

Small update

2 new rear tyres - toyo t1r 225/45/16

Needed more ground clearance to get on the drive without scraping on the lumpy ground. Stiffened up the rear suspension a bit too.

new pads came through the door today  s:D :D s:D

old vs new

sound proof the rear cabin. no more ear bleeding lol. it eliminate some of the road/engine noise. Fuel pump noise is gone too

got some go-faster stickers for the front and rear

got my wheel alignment done 2days ago.
FRONT
-1.3 camber
0.30 toe

set back
+0.05

REAR
0.3 camber
0.60 toe

set back
0.45

its not the camber i wanted. only needed it to bed in the fresh tyres before i go crazy with it. soon it will be -1.5

Installed the Carbotech XP8 pads up front today
good point - first impression it felt like oem pads but i tad more nosier but once you put more pressure on it,   s:shock:  s:shock:   BRACE yourself cause your face about to go trough the wind screen! its shockingly GOOD! done the bed-in miles and it just gets better and better. worth every penny in my eyes

bad point -  the front now feel too over whelming and you can feel the back end trying to keep up with it all.  thinking if the AP6 for the rear will help....
