handbreak rrrrr

Hi all ok I have renewed the handbrake cables both sides, renewed both callipers, all new discs all new pads (I have  adjusted the brake piston turning it fully in and then out by 180 degrees.) one side is ok but the other side is not holding if I had hair I would pull it out   s:oops: :oops: s:oops:  I have been at this for ages, can  anyone help I am stuck rrrrrr
