o2 sensor unplugging

Hi bought an o2 sensor socket remover so I can inspect precats but cant unplug the bloody sensor how do I do it?

Sorry for the terrible explanation, its from memory, but you do just push the little tab thing and pull them apart..  they have waterproof rubbers inside to keep the rain out so they are a snug fit.

Still cant do it I think my tab is upside down  s:( :( s:(  so its really difficult to get to to pull it apart.

Done it thanks! Well pleased with myself im literally crap at any car maintenence! And ive just changed my air filter thanks to this forum  s:) :) s:)
