cobra exhaust cat back help!

Hi all!
Haven't posted much on here but I am starting to gain knowledge on the mr2. Very nice car! Changed a power steering pump last weekend and used Toyota eh fluid at 34 quid a litre!!
anyway I've recently purchased a cobra cat back exhaust and was wondering if the job is easy? Is bumper method best way to remove as it doesn't disturb the cat/eml warning. Is there anyone close to south Wales who has done this and could possibly give me a hand? Lol as you can see I'm a bit nervous on this one as Ive never done any major work to cars before. Just changing brake pads and shoes To simple oil changes. This car has made me want to work on it to the point that I'm attempting a home respray job on my newly aquired spoiler!
Please if anyone could help and show me pictures of how to take off the stock exhaust or anything really that would be great!
