How to check/ remove fuel injectors

Hi all
Need some pointers as in im a complete novice pointers in checking the above safely.
Also what im looking at to determine if an injector is leaking ?

If its leaking the spark plug should show a running rich colour on the problem cylinder.

Ahh thats a start ta.
Done a little googling, does our fuel rail have a valve to release the pressure ? If not what do we have to do ?

No valve just leave it off a few hours and carefully undo and pull injector off.
