Air con removal

Am swapping the air con from one 2 to another .
Fairly straight forward except cant get the condensor out from under the dash .
Anyone done this , or got any ideas ?

I removed the full aircon setup from mine as part of a track car conversion. Can't see how you can get it out from under the dash without removing the dash - no way you can access the bolts at the top etc.
