What do people find is the best setting for the front and rear anti roll bar?

I asked the question a while ago and was told basically try it and work it out !

Ive set mine to middle at the moment but I think I'll take tools with me to change it next track day and see what difference it makes

Only done the rear one so cant comment on the front, but the rears should be set on the hole that allows the drop link to be as close to vertical to mirror the suspension as possible, 2nd one in from the open end iirc. I ignored this advice and the resulting test drive is the only time ive ever lost control of the car and spun a 180 into the oncoming traffic lane. Threw my soiled pants away, went straight home and put it straight on the recommended setting, been fine ever since.

Hmm well middle seems like the best place to start then! Be careful when you change it mark, don't want you driving off into a wall!
