I was thinking we need a area on  the forum for where we can put what we brought and how much a data base of good deals   s:idea:  s:idea:

when I have finished I will put together where and how much everything cost and where from in case anyone is interested

Sounds like a good idea to me
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Wish I'd known, I've got a front refurb kit with pistons that's surplus to requirement.

Why did you weld the subframe, had it rusted or is it a performance upgrade?

The subframe was in really good condition you will see i had trouble getting the camber bolts out !

Once out Andy at Bonsai welded up the subframe to make it stiffer and stronger. I also have a spoon ridged collar kit so it will stay in alignment and with my coil overs a poly bushes will be well sorted and future proof.

I was going to ask that to and what the spoon kit was for.
Looks good.

The spoon kit works in essence taking the factory tolorence out. If you lossen all four bolts that hold it to the body it's moves a lot and the collars stop any moment. Andy at Bonsai has had before he set he is mr2 up all the geometry and cause there so loose on the bolt holds it goes out quick.  I will post some pics.

This on our cars is a very important upgrade .
