yet another ariel post

I know this has been covered a million times, but a million times I've tried to disconnect the damn thing and a million times I've failed. The Ariel doesn't go up, it just makes an horrendous noise and stops. I hate the look of them up anyway so would like to keep it down permanently. I've followed so many ways of disconnecting it but cannot find the relay or plugs. Can someone please offer advice. Thanks very muchly

Relay and aerial plugs under the rear storage bins.  Think a search with your "ariel" will only get your clothes whiter - its a washing powder   s:( s:(

I just disconnected mine under the wheel arch once it was down, I hate how high it comes up
