rear arms

Hi all, my track tarmac rally MR is very close now, I bought my self as set of adjustable rear arms, all 6 ,I take it you have to weld a washer on the steering arm pick up ?
The fact they are fully adjustable why have an off set plate ,does this sound about right.
I have also taken the Tein springs and underbrace off ,so will have them up for sale at some point.
I am also finding it very hard to buy outer CV joints.
As soon as I can work out how to post pictures on here I will post the build.
