If I replace the manifold with one of these?

How much heat tape will I need?
Replacement gasket?
Any other items required?

2ZZ, Miester Zeta CRD+ Coilovers, Megillian Custom Exhaust & Underbody Brace and 1/2 cage (and working soft top), Patrick Chambers Enclosed air intake and oil cooler, badly re-furbed alloys :D

Looks like my one. No improvement as far as performance is concerned(not that I noticed anyway). I believe I get a nicer sound from it. Plus no more worries about pre-cats  s:D :D s:D
Throw the included gaskets in the bin, and order the manifold gasket and 2 crush gaskets from Mr T.
If you can, soak the studs and the 3 amigos in Plus Gas or similar, several times for a few days before you attempt the job.

I've had mine decatted already so no fears there.

If there's no real power benefit then I might as well not bother and spend my cash on lessons/TD's!
