Is it too early to laugh nervously?
It's just becoming a bit of a joke now.

So I now have to wait 10 working days before I can claim from the post office. Putting a complaint in writing to Goodridge today. Ordered new rubber brake lines this morning after not hearing back from other possible sources and collect tomorrow. I'll never buy another goodridge product again.

Totally understand your rage. Be mindful to split the two issues; Goodridge sending incorrect lines and PostOffice being useless. Both being equally frustrating.

Personally I think Goodridge should have sent another set of lines in the interim, but that's just my opinion.

Yes I'm aware thanks. Although they haven't actually lost the lines, had they have confirmed the correct address it wouldn't have happened in the first place.

I agree, I think they could have sent out another pair of rears in the circumstances.

Fine point. So yes it's entirely their fault! Making it even more ridiculous.

I'm not impressed. No more group buys until this is resolved.

Fitted the replacement standard lines today. Shows the problem I think.

Awaiting their reply from written complaint.

Hmm yes that's night and day. The GR line looks at least an inch too short.

Very.
Anybody else is welcome to move forward with Goodridge but we've got 2 affiliates on here now who provide HEL lines for great prices, so GR can do one.
They know this was part of a group buy, so they should know the impact.

Excellent! Well they've got a notch for good quality lines but 2 notches down for customer service. Not good

Well then,

After contacting them via their facebook account as a last ditch effort, asking for the contact details of their customer service director, I got a phone call within a day and have now received a replacement set of lines. I don't know if I'm going to fit them or not now. Even with the lines replaced I'm about £45 out of pocket but at least they replaced them.

Thanks for your support Patrick... Much appreciated  s:) :) s:)
