Geting to the bottom of the idle issues.

Not to pretty but headcase has cleaned her up and now she idles like a charm.
Onto the next issue.

Custom Meggalian exhaust.Uprated fuel pump, regulator and rail.840 injectors.323 BHP at the hubs. Meistier coil overs. Matt under body brace. Front and rear, upper and lower braces,list goes on...

Anybody think i am over reacting when i say i could have died?
Anyone what to give it a go?

I felt the same when this happened to my 350z:



Drove 40 odd miles on shattered nearside front - motorway speeds and fast bends.
No detectable wobble/vibrations through the steering, car felt completely normal. Wheel was clearly in 2 pieces but somehow held together the whole time. Still can't believe it to this day.

With that level of corrosion, I don't understand how this has passed it's last 2 MOT's. Especially if it was up on a ramp. I don't remember there being an undertray in place when we viewed it.

I feel you were fortunate that nothing happened on the way home, or the drive to Patrick's.

I think the term for that subframe is FUBAR'd..  If you don't know what it means  'F'd Up Beyond All Recognition'.  Probably the most accurate description of what state it's in.   s:D :D s:D

No worries.
It looked fine from above and its pretty darn low.
I tapped and proded at it perhaps it was on the drive home that it finally gave way.
I did say it was the worst handling 2 i have ever driven.
Think i have been proved right.
No supercharger for Scott this year.
Going to take plenty of overtime to cure all this beasts ills.
