2zz-ge swap dies and code P0450

Hi Guys.

Iam currently swaping a Corolla 2zzge in a Euro spec Spyder.

we are on the finish line with the build but are having some issues.
after startning it, the engine did missfire with codes P0300 up to P0304, the engine did run fine exept the missfire.
new plugs did solve this issue and remove the codes.

but now when we start the car, everything runs well for a few seconds, then the engine start to stumble and almost dies,
the code we have is P0450 Evap malfunction.  first i was thinking maybe we need a new solanoid, but since we are running a Usdm Celica ecu i recon that won´t fix my problem?

From my understanding people have had the same issue but no one seem to have a problem with the idle?

spec is,
Eu corolla 2zz+6speed
usdm celica ecu
mwr swap harness
ppe manifold and catpipe
mwr intake
new maf
new injectors
new sparkplugs
New gaskets/ intake and exhaust side.
etc.

Could be but we only swaped the plugs and never removed any hoses,
so it´s a long shot since it worked out before the new plugs.

as far as i understand, it has to be the usdm ecu, since the US models have one sensor on the Evap system that the EU spec spyders does not have?
must be a way to trick that system ? if thats is the problem ?

Have you swapped the TPS wires?

Good to hear you are still in the game, Ikrana. Your last spyder was phenomenal.
Is it your car or are you just helping out on somebody elses car?

I ran an US engine and ECU on my euro mr2. I always had an CEL due to Evap since the euro car misses  the sensors the us ecu is looking for. Still, this does not affect performance , so I strongly doubt it is the cause of your issues.
