Is there any way to get a better sound from the stock exhaust?

Hi folks,

 I've got  2004 FL and I've been on the hunt for  second hand performance exhaust. They rarely seem to appear for sale so I was wondering if there was any way to get a nicer sound from the stock exhaust? I've already got a de-cat manifold and a Markii pipe. I don't want an induction kit as I've got the MAF mod too. Is there anything I can do or should I just keep watching the 'for sale' section and eBay.
