Noisy Drive Shaft

Hi all, it's seems my transmission woes continue.
Following a gearbox replacement and then a leaking oil seal I now have a noisy drive shaft cv joint. Is this a common problem or could it be that the drive shaft wasn't fitted properly after the seal replacement?
