Idle changes when using electrics

Sat in my car idling and I pushed both window switches and the idle went really crap.
Alternator issue or battery? Or both?

Check your battery connections.  Alternator just keeps the battery up, battery supplies the car's needs.

If it starts ok,  then it's a continuity issue at low load.
