Bahnstormer's 2nd Go Kart (Black 2006)

This is after I've pushed the panel back out (about 10cm!) and given it a quick T-cut polish (only by hand).... now what's left is a little dimple in the centre of the frame of each of the first three photos and the curve on the lower part where it's gone around the side impact bars...

The last one is probably the main worry...

Leave well alone for the professional. The guy at ding day wasn't happy at my and others amateur attempts. Reckoned it made his job harder.

Next Summer for the Ding Man may be too long a wait for a financial resolution.  My guess would be North of £300 ex VAT for a body shop repair, just maybe  a good condition black door is available from a breaker?
