 "Front Dampers are Inserts. Rear Dampers are inserts. In a few instances Original Damper Housings may require cutting"

Yep just read through it........sounds like just what I'm after .

H & R springs are far better than the tiens and lower the car to a reasonable and useable height. I have no problem with speed bumps and the car sits well

Have the Konis on my track car, and have used them on other cars. Really rate them for road, B road blasting, and occasional track.
