Manifold stud

Fitting new cat one of the three amigo studs has stripped can anybody tell me what size they are and best way to remove,

Get the manifold on the bench. 

Start drilling with a s mall bit, creating a good centre in the stud.

work up to the clearance drill siez for an M10 hole.  run an M!) x 1.5 tap through the hole.

Or you can drill it less precisely (oversize) and use a nut and bolt in place of a stud.
