Hi all

I bought my car just 3 months ago and it came with 3 keys. Two black remote keys and one grey non remote.

Main remote key works fine but when I tried the other remote last weekend, nothing. I ordered replacement batteries, fitted one  but no different. Noticed the dim little light is not working too.

Anyone ever had this? Can it be repaired or does it need replacing? TIA

My one remote key was in danger of falling apart and so I bought a replacement flip type case from eBay and put the innards of the OE key into the replacement case. Don't recall changing the battery in the ten years I've had the car.
I would try swopping the innards of the non working key in to the working key. If that works then a replacement case from eBay is all you need.
