ECU plug connector depinning tool

I'm getting sick and tired of trying and failing to remove a damn ecu connector plug. I've now ended up destroying the connector port so need to repin the whole connector.

What tool is recommended? I've tried the cheap ebay tools, jewelers screwdrivers etc

Toyota tool is just ridiculous money.

What are you guys using?
