20k service cost and oil question

I've been getting prices for a 20k service round my way and I am appalled at the overpriced nonsense some of them are asking for.  The dearest so far is £265 for doing nothing an MOT inspection doesn't give for £40 or so plus a change of oil and brake fluid which even I could do in under 2 hours   s:roll: :roll: s:roll:

As soon as the 3 year mark comes up, independant specialists here I come   s:evil: :evil: s:evil:

2004 MR2 in silver with hardtop, leather, aircon and only 1 door handle.(11 happy years together and counting!)

Mine's booked in for 20k with MrT on Friday for £149 plus another £45 for brake fluid if it needs it.
