I bought the Varis version in Fibre Glass for £250.

Those din guage slots can be bought for as little as £10

Is that still available?  s:shock:  s:shock:

I thought it was discontinued, cause it's not on japanparts.com anymore. They only had this one:

Tem, are you talking about this?

If so, they still have it, only it is listed under "Interior - Others".

Item: 016-002-010 (Carbon)
Item: 016-002-011 (FRP)

Aren't they just too expensive?

Can someone tell me how to remove the stock bin cover? It looks like it should be straight-forward but I can't work it out!  s:oops:  s:oops:

Uh...I wouldn't do that  s:? :? s:?

The hinges are removable, so pull them out first. Use a screwdriver or alike to torque them off. After that the cover will come off.

pulled off fine on mine, the hinges are made of ABS plastic, in a C shape that goes on a round piece of bar, breaking them wont happen easily, its in my hands ATM and has been on and off loads

Done it - thanks guys.

It was as you described, Tem. Nothing shifted until I eased the hinge pins out. Looking more closely, there is a slot in each of the pin mounts, presumably for the purpose of getting a screwdriver in to lift them.
