I renewed mine last September for £275 comprehensive 5,000 per annum and Turbo declared with Lancaster.
34y/o with full NCD.

I didn't think that was too terrible.

I've been with Lancaster for several years.  I have a bright green pfl with hardtop that's been resprayed, fresh engine, & a bunch of tidy upgrades.  Lancaster won't value it higher than £3800, & that was after two stages of argument.
