As you can see i dip in and out of this forum since purchasing my car on the advice of members unseen 5 years ago from @greybeardgt. I am no mechanic, just enjoy polishing and driving Bambi. Having decided she is my long term retirement daily, still a few years to go though, i decided to start preventative maintenance to keep her fit for the road for the next 20 years.
Front and rear suspension have both been refreshed with standard items including the expensive Toyota rear arms. This work was carried out by John and Morgan at Castle Eaton garage near Swindon.
Bambi was then entrusted to Torque GT near me in Bovey Tracey who wire brushed/wheeled the underside, treated surface rust and coated in Noxudol. Being local once they had removed the undertrays and wheel linings i spent a day cleaning them up and rattle can spraying them before refitting.
I am absolutely delighted with Torque GT's work and the transparency of a video sent to me as rust removal and treatment was being carried out.

Its no secret what it cost.
Removed undertrays and wheel linings, removed surface rust both mechanically and by hand. Treated/stabilised any rust areas. Coated in Noxudol and cavities injected with wax. Then painted hubs.
The lot cost me £985 but that includes Vat.
