Title: De badging a car.....what would you replace it with?
Post by: 328 on September 3, 2014, 18:44
So on my car I have debated the rear completely.......

I thought I would replace everything with the world 'spyder' ........added a photo don't know what you guys think.....but I think it kind of looks very subtle and smart  s:) :) s:)

Very much admire the roadster decal and red grills.
I have a red jspec badge for the front and a had little rich midship badge in red for the rear before i went and lost it.

I like the spyder moniker just think black on black is too subtle for me

I like the nice variations everyone has posted....especially the roadster decals....but I bet that's hard to line up when you were putting them on!!

I am sure it wouldn't be too hard to knock up a flat vinyl of the Roadster option Dave (Mr MR2) is showing for easier alignment.  :-) :-) :-)

would be perfect without the TRD badge IMHO, what rear wing do you have?

I think it is a gt wing. I bought it from a forum member here.

Kind of agree about the sticker  s:) :) s:)  but it is currently hiding a paint scratch lol

I personally like the black on black but agree about that sticker! (Maybe a trip needed to ding day next year for a quick bit of paint?).

I just have the littlerich badge like Bernie's second picture but I am liking the look of his first pic though....

Dont worry 328, that comment is aimed at me!

Scott, I am busy looking for paint blemishes ready for next year or maybe I could just have the rest of the car resprayed?
