Title: PDA Mount
Post by: Anonymous on July 31, 2003, 13:22
Has anyone found a specific type of PDA (or phone) mount that fits well in the Roadster?

Obviously I can go with any number of windscreen suction-mounts (and watch them fall off...), or drill-hole types (which I don't want to do), but I recall seeing somewhere a mount bracket that fitted in the slot on the left-hand side of the heater controls once?

Brackets that are installed inside/around the stereo are quite common over here. No need to make any holes. Might be a bit low for your taste on MR2 though..?

But I'm sure those can be had from any big car parts store over there as well...

Thanks Tem; I've just found a product by a Swedish company called Brodit, that make a Roadster-specific bracket;

MRT (at least here) also have a phone mount in the extras brochure. Its for the Nokia 6110 range I think but I guess there are others too.
