Thanks for all of the advice. I've opted for a listing giving a 5 year warranty (yeah right...). The listing suggested by MrChris shows the same part number.

Have you tried taking the turbo out of the cooling system?

Did you have all drain points open when you started to fill, slowly, and close each as it showed coolant had reached that point?

Started to re-assemble car so I can get some vibrations(road) through it and resolve this air lock business. (Refilled it and now I'm getting over heating as well as cold air so I've made it worse!)

I must say I'm happy with how the exhaust has worked out.. subtle.

Not really much more to add but it's not a difficult job to be honest once you've got access.

I bought these and they've been great so far although the price has been jacked up by £20 since I got mine:

Only thing I'll add is make sure that the open end is secure in whatever container you're using to pump the old fluid into before removing the old pipes.
You'll be surprised at how fiercely it blows out at the end 😂

Slacken off the brackets that hold them together.  Fit the pipes before tightening them up.  Otherwise, it's as simple as it seems.

Don't buy the cheapest, they've usually been on the shelf for the longest time.

The box with TRD sc kit has been dug out and seller is cleaning up/organising bits.

Doing the home work  is a bit of a challenge as all of the older info on it on Spyderchat has been erased from cyberspace. A real pity as that was very detailed first hand on the MR2.

Hi All

The inevitable has happened! Power steering pipes have failed. There's plenty listed on eBay but which ones? Does anyone have direct experience of swapping these and can recommend a specfic listing/brand which I can buy.

The procedure looks relatively simple. I have the genuine fluid from Toyota. However is there anything which I need to be aware of before I dive in!

Many thanks
