my MR2 mark3 2003 has now done 16700 miles, full toyota service at 4000, 8000 , 10500 14600 and 15800, is any need to do annual service, oils are as new, we check the car on a monthly basis.

It's missed 5 oil changes in theory... How long ago was the 15800 service?  Unless it was over a year ago then the oil shouldn't need changing.
