Probably best to go to Toyota. You'll know its right, even if it may cost you a bit more than picking something from a DIY store.

Hello,
I'm new to this site. Just bought a used 2003 in March.

I had the same problem. These are unique screws. I purchased a spare wind deflector from a junk yard. Toyota requires you buy the whole thing as a unit. They don't sell the screws separately. I will send you one if you pay the postage.
